Golden arched entry (inflatable) at western end of Perth Cultural Centre plaza, Northbridge. Marshalls in Hi-Vis vests checking everyone entering the precinct signs in with QR code (COVID-19 safety). The large public Chinese New Year celebrations were organised by the City of Perth in conjunction with Chung Wah association. The programme encompassed lion and dragon dancing, traditional Chinese dancing, modern K-Pop dancing, art activities and an avenue of stalls.
