Fix this texthe was also Mayor, and. as such, he has had a big

Fix this textis today acknowledged to be the Blue Ribbon Munici-
Fix this textpality of the Commonwealth.
Fix this textMr. W. Cresswell O’Reilly served with the A.I.F. in
Fix this textWorld War I. After the war he was appointed as the
Fix this textChief Commonwealth Film Censor.
