Fix this text1849, and, thereafter in honour of that royal visit, the place has
Fix this textbeen called Queenstown. St. Colman’s, one of Ireland’s finest
Fix this textecclesiastical buildings, was begun jn the year 1868 and consecrated
Fix this textin 1919. As well as this edifice, A. W. N. Pugin designed many
Fix this textnotable buildings throughout the British Isles, but this is one of his
Fix this textmasterpieces. Queenstown, a famed yachting centre, is one of the
Fix this textfavoured holiday resorts of Southern Ireland, and was the site of
Fix this textan important naval station.
