Handwritten notes in red ink. "N.B. This map should be used to study the Bible, Genesis, Chapter I to XI". Writing in red notes that the Chinese title means "Cradle of the Human Race". Note on the top left corner: "Antediluvian North Pole. Latitude 75 longitude 40 [...]" "Change about 1,000 miles". On another copy of same map there is a note: "The four "heads" of the Tarmin River were torn asunder by the great upheaval of Central Asia". In English and Chinese.
