General and personal correspondence, a diary and other papers relating to Beveridge's visit to Australia and New Zealand in 1948, and papers relating to his lectures and broadcasts, and the 'Crusade for world government'.

The early part of the diary is detailed, containing notes on social services, trade unions, books, education and other subjects discussed. In the latter part there are simply names and addresses. There are also itineraries covering his visits to Dunedin, Christchurch, Wellington, Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.
