HOBART SiDNEY SERVICE,
The Wimmera (Huddart-Parker, Ltd.),
which was timed to leave her berth at
Queen's pier at 10 o'clock this morning for
Sydney, has been delayed till noon, owing
to being unable to complete her loading 'in
the time first fixed, The Wimmera s due
at Sydney on Sunday morning, and leaves
on the return trip on Saturday next.
The Mokoia (U.S.S. Co.) is timed follow.
Sydney at 11 o'clock to-morrow morning 'for
Hobart. She is due here on Monday at may
-day. and leaves again for fodder on the
following Friday.
DEPARTURE OF THE RUNIC.
The White Star liner' Runic succeeded in
getting away at 5.15 yesterday morning,
bound for London, via Capetown and Dur',
ling. She took about 46,COD cases of heat
for London and Liverpool. 97 stud sheep for
Durban, and some native animals from the
Beaumaris collection for London. Those latter
consisted of four kangaroos and a wombat.
The Runic also embarked a number
of passengers, whose names were published
in yesterday's issue,
THE Pl'ALZ.
The Pfalz, the new N.D.L. steamer, which
was expected to leave the port early yesterday
morning, was further delayed till the
evening. eventually leaving her berth, at

Melbourne, on route for Hamburg and Antwerp,
etc., for which ports her fruit' is
principally consigned.
THE CLAN MACARTHUR
The steamer Clan procuration, -Thich arrived
at Hobart from Port Pirie on Monday
morning, is expected to leave her berth at
King's pier at 10 o'clock this morning, In
continuation of her voyage to England, via
Portland, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Fremantle.
The Clan Macarthur has been leading
fruit, timber, and other cairo, and by
the time she leaves she Hill have something
like 65 000 cases of fruit under hatches from
this port, the largest consignment to date
, this season. The vessel was originally timed
to sail at noon yesterday, but was unable

ORIENT LINER OH AM A
The Orient feet. Company's mall steamer
Orama, 12,927 tons, which left Sydney at 1
o'clock on Wednesday afternoon, is due here
this morning. After landing some 16,000 cases

resume her voyage to-morrow for London, Via
Melbourne.
MANUKA, FROM MELBOURNE.
The steamer Manuka (U.S.S. Co.) which
left Melbourne at 2.30 pm. on Wednesday
for the Bluff, via Hobart, was expected to
arrive here early this morning. The" vessel
has 49 passengers on board for this port',
She is to resume her voyage to New Zol-
land to-day, She will occupy the north Just
vacated by the MalliigBiiuI, viz., Prince's
wharf.
THE MAUNGANUI.
The Union liner Maunganui, which left the
Bluff at 7 p.m. on Monday, arrived at Hobart
at. 9.30 yesterday morning, after a
moderately fine passage. The berthed at
No 2 shed. Prince's v Inst, and, after land-
ing about 62 passengers and' embarking a
large number and fulfilling cargo engaged
men's, sailed at 5 30 p.m. for Melbourne,
where she is due early to-morrow morning.
