JUDGMENT FOR SICK.
LONDON, April 7.
In the Court of King's Bench to-day
Mr Justice Pickford gave judgment in
the case in which the Common on Bank

Mr Justice Pickford, in giving judgment
for the full amount claimed
against Minnett, and. sons against
Cowell, said she seemed a bath of considerable

but he did not think the circumstances
under which she received the money,
