Ken Obst
Port Adelaide full-back who has been
a mainstay of the Magpies' defence
for many years. He is playing his
ninth season with the Black and
Whites and has played approximately
140 games. Obst was recruited
from Angaston m 1932 on the recommendation
of a former Port captain,
Sid Ween. He has played interstate

However, Jack Oatey, diminutive
Norwood rover, is aciept at punt
passing and when in the forward
lines he frequently provides the Red-
Ip'? forv-avds with scoring opportunities.
Oatey was recruited from Port
Victoria by Norwood.
