EGORGE ALFRED DAVIES, late of
Fremantle, Wine and Spirit Merchant,
deceased.
Pursuant to an Act of the Imperial Parliament
made and passed in the 22nd and 23rd
Years of the Reign of her Present Majesty,
chapter 35, intituled An Act to Further Amend
the Law of Property and to Relieve Trustees
(adopted by Local Ordinance 23 Vict. No. 8),
NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and
other persons having any CLAIMS or DEMANDS
upon or against the Estate of GEORGE
ALFRED DAVIES, late of Fremantle, in the
Colony of Western Australia, Wine and Spirit
Merchant who died at Fremantle aforesaid on
the 31st day of January 1897, and Probate of
whose Will (with a codicil thereto was granted
by the Supreme Court to William Frederick
Samson of Fremantle, merchant, Arthur Elvin
Davies of Fremantle, undertaker, Letty Davies
of Fremantle, widow, and George Davies of
Fremantle, clerk, the Executors named therein
are required to SEND in WRITING PARTICULARS
of their CLAIMS and DEMANDS
to the said Executors on or before the 15th day
of MAY, 1897. And NOTICE is hereby
also given that at the expiration of the last
mentioned date the said Executors will proceed
to distribute the assets of the said George
Alfred Davies amongst the parties entitled
thereto having regard only to the claims and
demands of which they shall then have had
notice, and the said Executors will not be liable
for assets of the said George Alfred Davies,
deceased, or any part thereof so distributed to
any person of whose claim the said Executors
have not had notice at the time of such distribution.

Richard Goldsmith Burges, of Tipperary, near
York, and Maria Margaret Burges, of Perth,
spinster, the executor and executrix named in
and appointed by the said will, Now Notice is
Hereby Given, pursuant to the Ordinance 22nd
and 23rd Victoria, No. 35. adopted by 31st Victoria,
No. 8 that all creditors and other persons
having CLAIMS or DEMANDS against
the estate of the said deceased are hereby required
to SEND PARTICULARS of such
Claims or Demands to the undersigned on or
before the 3rd day of May next. And, further,
that the said executors will immediately after
such date proceed to distribute the assets of the
said deceased among the creditors and persons
entitled thereto, having regard only to those
claims of which they shall then have had notice
and the said executor and executrix will not be
liable for the assets, or any part thereof so distributed
or dealt with, to any person of whose
claim or demand they shall not then have received
notice.

date the said Eugenie Elizabeth Coomber will
