DUNBAR PRIVATELY SOLD.
J. S. LOVE PAYS £50,000.

Another State station has been sold,
I the property being Dunbar station,,
[which has been purchased by Mr. J.
¡S. Love of Townsville, for £50,000'net
I cash. The sale is subject to confirma-
tion by the Cabinet which, it is un-
derstood, will consider the matter to-
morrow.
There arc good grounds for the be-
lief that negotiations for the sale of
several other State stations are in pro-
gress, and that they will be carried
to a successful conclusion.
Dunbar station is in the Cook djsj
.trict of North Queensland and com-
prises about 5724 square miles. The
live stock consists of approximately
17,381 Shorthorn cattle.
