TRIPLE CENTURY
CHARLIE PUCKETT'S seven
wickets for West Perth against
Fremantle's batting strength was
the highlight of yesterday's
cricket, while North Perth routed
East even more cheaply. Mt
Lawley, with 311 against the
R.A.F. and Claremont with 223
against Subiaco also looked very
pleasantly placed at stumps.
Puckett sent down sixteen overs to
take 7 for 34 against Fremantle, treing
a rather patchy wicket to the fuU. he
took wickets with the second and sixth
balls ot Ms first over, and kept all the
batsmen guessing except Giles and
Jose In their 63 partnership for the
third wicket.
