The Municipality of Fingnl is declared

Courts of Quarter Sessions, but iu Tuture
will be a district for holding Courts of
General Sessions, which will ho held at
Fingal on the first Wednesday in each
month.
MINERAL LEASES ACT.— Messrs. John
Benn and Hastings Cunningham, mer-
chants, of Melbourne, have memorialised
the Governor to set aside the different
leases under which the pieces of land
occupied by the Tamar Hematite Iron
Company are held, end to grant the me-
morialists a fresh lease of the whole for
21 years.
