Posters showing the rapid growth of Brisbane and three other Australian cities have just been displayed by the Empire Marketing Board in london and over 400 cities and towns in the United Kingdom. The set consists of five posters. In the middle is a map of the British Empire; on the right a poster made up from photographs of Brisbane as it was in 1860 and as it is to-day, and of Melbourne in 1853 and 1928. Similar views of Sydney and Adelaide appear on the left. On the other two posters of the set, under the heading "March of Empire," figures showing Australian progress in 57 years are given. "Empire Buying means Empire Building is the message of the whole set, people in Breat Britain being urged to buy Australian products, and so help to build up Australia and the whole Empire.
