    EVENING SHADOWS AND STILL WATER. Whenever there is wet weather, the low-lying land in the vicinity of the Reed beds is inundated. Some time ago the Government were asked to assist in a scheme for draining these swamps, but nothing has yet been done. Pictures 1 to 4 show various parts of the flooded area, No. 5 the tram viaduct on the Henley Beach line, and No. 6 the main Henley Beach-road, which at this spot is almost impassable.
