29 July 1886 Copy of Indorsement on Lease. F. Staunton to William Lavis and Robt Stubbs. (File)

Memo. 29 July 1886. Charles Robert Stubbs, carpenter, transfers rights in lease to John Stewart of Mullenderry, labourer. Witness, H.N. Barton.

Stewart accepts transfer; Lavis accepts Stewart as joint and co lessee (signs as marksman).

27 July 1933 No.810. Book 1669. Lilian Mary Flood to Frederick James Francis Staunton. Reconveyance by way of discharge of mortgage. Indenture 5 November 1892 between Staunton and John Flood. He died 8 November 1909. Probate of will 1 December 1909 to Bridget Flood, Thomas Flood and Malachi McKeon who were trustees to pay all debts then £2000 to Thomas. Thomas agreed to take transfer of mortgage in part settlement and trustees transferred interest in mortgage on 1 December 1911. Documents were destroyed by fire. Lilian was sole executrix of Thomas. (Probate 175124). Staunton has paid principal of £860. 120 acres mortgaged is therefore reconveyed. (File)

Land commences at SE corner of Flanagan's and bounded on west by that grant for 167 chains. Then 80 chains east and 135 south to river. Excepts lands sold by James S. and all other sales recited in mortgage of 5 November 1892.

15 May 1886 Lease. Staunton to Lavis and Stubbs for five years of 200 acres in Shannon Harbor Estate lately occupied by Martin Keating for £150 p.a. paid in advance - due 1 May and 1 November. Lessee has grazing rights for a horse and a cow and can keep fowls. Endorsed with transfer memoranda. (File)

23 August 1878 (illegible signature, a Sydney solicitor) Forwards form of words to be endorsed on lease to R. Burns reserving mineral rights. (File)

6 June 1887 Lease. James Staunton to Thomas Williams of: (1) 20 acres south of Malabar Creek known as Nabbs Flat reserving right of access to well; (2) 200 acres north of Malabar Creek called Shell point paddock reserving timber rights. (File)

Term four years. £20 p.a. for first parcel £10 for second.

28 February 1878 Lease. James Staunton to Robert Burns of 500 acres called Shannon Harbor Estate, reserving only 15 acres at Pompey Point for ten years from 1 May 1878. £150 rent payable half yearly. Reserves Shells Timber. John McKeon is witness. (File)

1 October 1884 Agreement between James S and Benjamin casey leasing sufficient land for a steam sawmill, premises and right of way to saltwater creek. Term 2 yrs. Rent £5. Right of extension at £10. Casey agrees to buy all usable timber on Shannon Harbor estate at 4/- per tree felled payable monthly. (File)

September 1891 Copy of lease agreement. Frederick Staunton to Charles Constable for Staunton Cultivation Farm at Shannon Harbor bounded on south by Mallabar bridge road, on east by Mallabar Creek and on west and north by shell point road. Term 12 months. Produce including pigs and butter to be equally divided between S and Constable. S leaves two cows in milk, four springers, 2 farm horses, all implements. C may lease at termination for £130 p.a. (File)
