Biographical Note
Lawyer and public servant. Frank Brennan served in the army during World War II and afterwards in the Occupation Forces in Japan. He completed a law degree after the war and moved to Canberra in 1956 to join the public service. In 1987 Brennan left the public service to set up a conveyancing practice.
