Lady Currie presented her husband's papers to the Library in March 2000.
Related Materials
Three cassettes containing Sir Neil Currie's speeches (1983-94) are housed in the Oral History Section (TRC 4569).
Correspondence, speeches, cuttings, photograph albums and printed material relating to Currie's career as a public servant and diplomat and his membership on the boards of various companies.
The correspondents include Sir Noel Foley, Sir James Balderstone, Gareth Evans, John Kerin, Bill Hayden, Eichiro Tsuji and W.P. Hogan.
Arrangement
The papers were kept in labelled subject files. They have been transferred into folders, but the Library has retained the file titles and the arrangement of papers within the files.
